Data deletion

To remove Creator Muse’s access from inside the app:

• Sign in to Creator Muse.
• Open Analytics or Settings → Profile.
• Find YouTube and choose Disconnect.

This revokes the connection where supported and clears stored YouTube OAuth credentials and channel connection information from your active Creator Muse profile. Other stored Google or YouTube API data is deleted as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 calendar days after revocation, except where retention is legally permitted or required.

You can also remove Creator Muse directly from your Google Account connections.

Email privacy@creatormuseai.online from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my Creator Muse account.”

Include the account email and, if different, your Creator Muse profile name. Do not send your password, Google token, or other credentials. We may ask for additional information solely to verify that you control the account.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information tied to the account, including the profile, connected-account credentials, and server-side workspace content, unless we must retain specific information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other purposes permitted by law. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will tell you if applicable law permits or requires more time.

Limited transaction, subscription, credit-ledger, refund, chargeback, tax, and accounting records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Paddle also maintains its own payment and transaction records under the Paddle Privacy Notice.

• Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.
• Deleting your Creator Muse account is separate from canceling a paid subscription. Cancel through Billing or the Paddle customer portal first to prevent a renewal while the deletion request is pending.
• Export or copy any scripts, ideas, or other content you want to keep first.
• Deleting Creator Muse does not delete content you published on YouTube or another platform.
• Information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until normal deletion cycles complete.
